Role Description

Outdoor Trip Leaders – Wildlife & Adventure

As an Outdoor Trip Leader, you will organise and lead wildlife and adventure tours, ensuring the safety, enjoyment, and engagement of all participants. You’ll provide valuable insights into offbeat destinations, handle logistical arrangements, and create memorable experiences for our travellers. Your responsibilities will include upholding safety protocols, fostering a spirit of exploration, and sharing your passion for the outdoors and wildlife.

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

  Wildlife Camps

  , you'll lead and educate participants, leveraging your deep knowledge of wildlife. Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is highly valued for effective communication.

  Adventure Camps & Treks

  , you'll guide exhilarating expeditions, ensuring safety and an exceptional experience for all participants. Relevant experience (like mountaineering courses) and an unwavering commitment to safety are paramount.
• We're looking for natural leaders who thrive in the wilderness, whether it's identifying bird calls or conquering mountain peaks!
• Develop and implement

  engaging environmental education programs

Qualifications

• Experience in organising and leading wildlife and adventure trips
• Knowledge of safety protocols and first aid
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage logistical arrangements
• Enthusiasm for ecotourism and adventure activities
• Relevant certifications in outdoor leadership or adventure tourism are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Environmental Studies, or a related field is preferred
