Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Counselor specializing in FIT & Group Departures, located in Pune. The Travel Counselor will handle day-to-day travel arrangements, manage travel plans for groups and individuals, ensure seamless customer experiences, and coordinate business travel as needed. The role requires maintaining excellent client communication, ensuring timely and efficient travel services, and providing tailored travel solutions based on client needs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Travel Arrangements, including planning and booking travel itineraries
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders
• Experience in Travel Management, including organizing trips for individuals and groups
• Knowledge of Business Travel, including understanding corporate travel requirements
• Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Familiarity with eco-tourism and adventure travel offerings is a plus
• Degree or certification in Travel, Tourism, or a related field is preferred
