Outbound Sales Trainer

Job Role: Field Trainer Salary upto:4.2 LPA Key Responsibilities : Training Delivery : Conduct onboarding and periodic training sessions for broadband champions and corporate ambassadors. Develop and deliver training materials (presentations, guides, workshops) related to broadband services, products, and customer engagement strategies. Ensure trainees understand technical aspects of broadband services, customer management, and sales techniques. Mentorship and Performance Support : Act as a mentor and coach for champions and ambassadors in their respective roles. Provide on-field assistance, shadowing sessions, and feedback to improve their performance. Support the team in overcoming challenges related to customer acquisition, product demonstrations, and conflict resolution. Monitoring and Reporting : Assess the training needs of individuals and teams periodically and design customized training interventions. Track and report the progress and performance of champions and ambassadors using key metrics. Gather feedback from the field to improve training programs and strategies. Product and Brand Advocacy : Train champions and ambassadors to become advocates for the company’s broadband services and corporate ethos.
