Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Outbound Sales Specialist. The Outbound Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, performing outbound sales activities, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include identifying potential customers, making calls, sending messages, following up on leads, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities. Effective communication and strong sales skills are essential for success in this role.

• Customer Service skills
• Strong Communication and Sales skills
• Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India
• Proven experience in a sales or customer service role
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field is a plus
