What you’ll do (daily)

• Source

  20–30 ICP leads

  (founders, heads of growth, brands hiring editors).
• Write personalized first lines + send

  10–15 touches/day

  (email + LinkedIn + other platforms).
• Draft bullets for

  4–6 Looms

  for the closer to record;

  drive demo requests

  and

  schedule demos

  .
• Keep CRM clean: every contact has

  owner, stage, next step

  .

Primary success metric

• Qualified Demo Requests (QDR) per week

  (target 4–6 after ramp).
• (QDR = ICP fit + budget + clear need + demo within 30 days.)

• Secondary: reply %, demo show rate

  , pilots per QDR.

You’re a fit if

• You’ve generated

  demo requests

  or booked demos for an agency/SaaS/or any B2b service provider.
• You can show

  3 cold emails/DMs

  and explain why they worked.
• You research fast and find a real angle per prospect.
• Comfortable with

  HubSpot/Zoho

  , spreadsheets, and social outreach.

Qualifications (optional)

Nice to have

• Short-form

  content writing

  for messages.

Compensation (transparent)

• Base:

  ₹15,000–₹60,000 / month (Fit, skill and experience-based)

• Bonuses:

  Added bonus per

  Demo Request

  + % of the final Client deal.
