What you'll do

• Research what's new:

  YouTube updates

  , Instagram updates, platform changes, news related to our Ideal Customer Profile, and current problems (e.g.,

  AI review/compliance

  for content and video editing).
• Study our target audience and the content they engage with.
• Write

  6 LinkedIn value posts per week

  in the founder's voice.
• Reformat posts for

  X.com

  (and

  Instagram Reels

  if suitable).
• Write

  1 case study per week

  about editing wins (before/after, short and clear).
• Get all posts

  reviewed by the Head of Marketing

  before publishing.
• Turn

  Head of Marketing ideas

  into posts.
• Create or source

  relevant images

  for LinkedIn (basic Canva is fine).

Requirements

• Strong short-form writing; experience with LinkedIn posts.
• Comfortable researching platform/industry updates.
• Basic visuals (Canva/Figma) and clean, on-time delivery.
• willingness to relocate to Chandigarh/Ludhiana in future
