Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage relationships with dealers, distributors, and key stakeholders in the paints sector.

• Identify sales opportunities and generate leads within the electricals category.

• Proactively reach out to potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.

• Coordinate and oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.

• Collaborate with the sales team, ensuring timely delivery of orders and customer satisfaction. • Work closely with the sales coordinator team to ensure smooth order processing, shipment tracking, and resolving customer queries.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and product offerings in the electricals category.

• Monitor sales targets and ensure achievement of individual and team sales goals.

• Provide support for product demonstrations, presentations, and other customer engagement activities.

• Prepare and submit detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.

• Coordinate between customers and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and challenges.

Requirements:

• 3 to 12 years of experience in outbound sales, preferably within the electricals category.

• Experience in working with dealers, distributors, and partners in a B2B environment. • Previous experience as a Sales Coordinator is highly desirable. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and meet sales targets. • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
