As a Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in our team by identifying new business opportunities, fostering strong client relationships, and driving sales growth. Your primary responsibilities will include networking, cold calling, and referrals to discover new sales prospects. Building lasting relationships with clients is essential to secure repeat business and ensure customer satisfaction. You will also conduct market research to stay informed about customer needs, market trends, and competitor strategies. Your role will involve delivering engaging presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, negotiating contracts effectively, and meeting or exceeding monthly/quarterly sales targets. It is crucial to maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client communications in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Collaboration with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and support is necessary to ensure seamless service delivery. To excel in this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with an MBA being preferred. A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a Sales Consultant or similar role is required. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions. A target-driven, self-motivated mindset is crucial for success, as is familiarity with CRM tools and the MS Office suite. Occasional travel may be necessary for this role. Key Skills essential for this position include consultative selling, business development, market analysis, client relationship management, negotiation, closing deals, and excellent presentation skills.
