Outbound Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities:1. Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce our products/services2. Identify customer needs and generate qualified leads3. Maintain accurate call logs and customer info in the CRM system4. Achieve daily and weekly performance targets while learning and improving sales techniquesNote:1. Fixed salary with high-performance-based incentives2. 3-month probation with pre-placement offer opportunities3. Earning potential of up to 10 LPA (fixed + commissions) after PPO4.
