As we continue to grow, were looking for a passionate and driven Outbound Sales Associate to join our Pune-based team and help us scale globally. Job Description Key Responsibilities: Identify, engage, and qualify leads through outbound efforts (calls, emails, LinkedIn). Target decision-makers across IT, Compliance, and Digital Transformation teams globally. Present REDE s value proposition clearly and effectively to potential clients. Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and pipeline progress in CRM. Collaborate with marketing and service delivery teams to ensure a seamless sales process. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales KPIs. Qualifications Requirements: 3+ years of experience in outbound sales for an IT software or consulting company. Strong understanding of SaaS-based services, enterprise solutions, or ServiceNow ecosystem (a plus). Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced sales team. Experience with CRM tools and outbound sales automation platforms.
