Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Provide customer support through various channels outbound(blended) such as calling,email, chat, voice and non-voice processes.

Handle international customer inquiries with a focus on outbound blended process (calling+email + chat).

Offer product solutions to customers based on their requirements.

Dealing with customers for sales

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1-4 years of experience in BPO Customer Service with cold calling.

Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers via multiple channels (calling, email, chat).

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

Proficiency in International Chat Process and Non-Voice Process is essential.

Any graduates/post-graduates or pursuing are eligible

Freshers are not allowed.

Comfortable to work in rotational shifts.

Job Details:

Any 6 days of working(rotational)

Any 1 days of Week off(rotational)

Shift- 9 hours (Including 1 Hour break)

Rotational Shifts/ Week-off

Salary - 26,000 CTC

Location- Gurgaon
