Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Promote company products/services and explain features and benefits.
Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Conduct follow-up calls to maintain relationships and close sales opportunities.
Update and maintain accurate records in CRM/databases.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Handle customer questions, objections, and feedback professionally.
Conduct surveys or gather customer insights when required.
Share feedback with sales/marketing teams to improve campaigns.
Maintain a high level of product and company knowledge to answer queries effectively.
Ensure calls meet quality and compliance standards.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet business goals.

Preferred candidate profile

Prior experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, telesales, or customer support.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented, persuasive, and self-motivated personality.
Ability to handle pressure, meet targets, and manage rejections positively.
Good command of English (and additional regional languages is a plus).
Familiarity with CRM systems, dialing software, or basic computer applications.
Strong listening and negotiation skills.
Positive attitude, professionalism, and customer-first mindset.
Flexible to work in different shifts if required.
Minimum educational qualification:
12th pass / Graduate preferred
