About the Opportunity

In the dynamic and fast-paced fashion and media industry in India, a leading brand in the broadcast and entertainment sector is expanding its team. We are seeking dedicated professionals to drive customer engagement and sales growth through outbound call center activities. This is an on-site role designed for individuals who are passionate about building relationships and delivering excellent customer service.

Role & Responsibilities

Conduct proactive outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products and services.
Engage with prospects, build strong customer relationships, and gather relevant feedback.
Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets through effective sales techniques.
Maintain accurate call records and comprehensive customer data in the CRM system.
Collaborate with team members and share insights to optimize call strategies and improve conversion rates.
Adhere to company guidelines while representing the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Skills & Qualifications Must-Have

Age not more than 25 and should be available for face to face interview in Mumbai
Proven experience working in an outbound call center or a similar sales-oriented role.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with a persuasive demeanor.
Strong ability to work in a target-driven environment and handle customer objections.

Preferred

Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer operations.
Exposure to the fashion or media industry, enhancing brand-specific communication.
