Job Description

outbound banking call center team

Tamil and English

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers for banking services such as follow-ups, reminders, and verifications.
Explain basic banking services like loans, credit cards, EMI schemes, and account details.
Follow up with customers regarding pending documentation or payments.
Record call details and update status in CRM/system.
Achieve daily and monthly call targets.
Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach.

Required Skills:

Fluency in
Tamil and English
(both spoken and understood).
Knowledge of
Hindi or other regional languages
is a plus.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
Patience, politeness, and ability to handle customer queries effectively.
Willingness to make 100+ calls per day if required.

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 12th pass (Graduates preferred).
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Prior BPO or banking telesales experience is an advantage.
