We are looking for energetic and confident individuals to join our outbound banking call center team . As a Call Center Executive , you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers for various banking services such as loan follow-ups, KYC verification, EMI reminders, document collection, and cross-selling. This is a voice-based process, and fluency in Tamil and English is mandatory. Knowledge of Hindi and other regional languages will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to customers for banking services such as follow-ups, reminders, and verifications. Explain basic banking services like loans, credit cards, EMI schemes, and account details. Follow up with customers regarding pending documentation or payments. Record call details and update status in CRM/system. Achieve daily and monthly call targets. Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach. Required Skills: Fluency in Tamil and English (both spoken and understood). Knowledge of Hindi or other regional languages is a plus. Good communication and convincing skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred). Patience, politeness, and ability to handle customer queries effectively. Willingness to make 100+ calls per day if required. Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented PMO Executive with 2 years of experience to support project management operations across our IT services. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with internal teams, tracking project progress, ensuring timely deliverables, maintaining documentation, and supporting overall project governance. Key Responsibilities: Support project planning, scheduling, and monitoring of IT service delivery. Track project deliverables and deadlines using tools like Excel, Trello, Jira, or similar platforms. Coordinate between internal developers, designers, and QA teams to ensure smooth workflow. Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards.
