Job Description

Job Summary:

PMO Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Support project planning, scheduling, and monitoring of IT service delivery.
Track project deliverables and deadlines using tools like Excel, Trello, Jira, or similar platforms.
Coordinate between internal developers, designers, and QA teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards.
Identify project risks or delays and escalate appropriately.
Organize team meetings, record MOMs, follow up on action items.
Ensure client deliverables are met with quality and timelines.
Assist in resource planning and task assignments.
Maintain communication with clients regarding project updates when needed.
Support senior project managers in audits, invoicing, and administrative tasks.

Key Skills Required:

Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of software project lifecycle (SDLC).
Knowledge of project management tools like MS Excel, Trello, Asana, Jira, or similar.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Proficient in documentation and presentation tools (Google Workspace/MS Office).
Basic understanding of IT services (Web Development, Mobile App Development, etc.)

Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / IT / Management or related field.
2 years of experience in PMO or project coordination roles in the IT industry.

Team player with a problem-solving mindset.
Comfortable working with cross-functional and remote teams.
Female candidates preferred for this role.
