Role Description

This is a full-time onsite role for an Out of Hours Specialist, located in Ahmedabad. The Out of Hours Specialist will be responsible for managing critical support during non-traditional business hours, including troubleshooting technical issues, providing exceptional customer service, coordinating with offsite teams, and ensuring continuous operations. The specialist will respond to client inquiries, resolve urgent issues, and maintain support documentation.
