Job Description

We are looking for a skilled OTM Application Owner with 10+ years of experience to join our team in Hyderabad - Gachibowli. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the employment firm/recruitment services industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the implementation of OTM applications, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, developing and maintaining project plans and timelines.
Conduct thorough testing of ATM, POS, and CRM systems to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Analyze and resolve complex technical issues, providing innovative solutions and recommendations.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of Base24 Switch, Authorization, ISO 8583, and its data elements, as well as EFT Switch operations.
Experience in audit and compliance observations, supporting SIT/UAT, and production implementation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Any graduate degree from a recognized institution.
