Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an ORM Content Quality Analyst, located in Saket. The role involves assessing content quality, ensuring that all content adheres to defined standards and guidelines, and implementing quality assurance processes to maintain high work standards. The ORM Content Quality Analyst will also analyze content performance, review and manage customer feedback, and communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure alignment with company goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Quality Management skills
• Solid Analytical Skills for performance monitoring and data interpretation
• Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders
• Attention to detail and ability to uphold content standards and guidelines
• 1 year of experience in a similar quality assurance or content management role
• Knowledge of ORM and general familiarity with content evaluation tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
