DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• RISE (Reimagining Industry to support Equality ) Life skill training program is

rolled out in all units of Shahi.

• STITCH (Supervisor Transformation into Change Holders) For the middle

managment/Supervisors to upgrade their skills soft skill training is provided.

• Bsafe training Programs to wokers , Middle Management and Staff.

• Conducting Committee Elections as per SOP, distributing ID tags.

• Attending & monitoring the committee meeting.

• Conducting roles & responsibility training, Capacity building training for elected

committee members.

• Effective Monitoring IC committee meeting.

• CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) .

• Employees well being surveys with the coordination GBL Team & based on unit

requirement survey is conducted relating to absenteeism, attrition, new factory setup

etc.

• Employee Counselling, ( Guidance and support through counseling is given to

employees based on requirement.)

• Emplyee Engagement activities for staff & employees to build the team by

conducting the games.

• Conducting POSH awareness for staff and workers .

• Conducting awareness on daily basis related to Suggestion box,Hotline number

,Committees etc. (6 Pillars of Greivance redressal)

• Cordinating with welfare officer in giving Induction to New Joinees.

• Implementing buyers projects at factories and ensure successful completion as per

the Guidelines.

• Implementing & handling Interns project.

• Hostel Management (Visiting wokers Hostel and conducting Audit and work on

Improvement)

• Conducting Various Awarness Programs related to health, Finance, Safety,

Relationship, etc to migrant workers at Hostels.

• Conducting Workers satisfaction survey to understand the wokers needs and fill

Gap.

• Any other assignments which arises due to needs basis to be carried out.Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile:

0-5 Years of Experience.

Fluent in Kannada,English and Hindi

A postgraduate in MSW
