Job Description

As an Organic Marketing Specialist, your role involves developing and implementing comprehensive organic marketing strategies to enhance brand presence through content marketing, SEO, social media, and community building initiatives. You will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Develop and execute organic marketing strategies across various channels such as SEO, content marketing, and social media. - Utilize AI writing tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, Copy.ai) to create engaging content including blog posts, social media content, videos, and infographics. - Optimize website content and structure for search engines using AI-powered SEO tools and content analysis. - Manage social media accounts, engage with online communities, and utilize AI tools for scheduling, response generation, and community management. - Collaborate with influencers and brand partners for organic growth initiatives. - Implement email marketing campaigns with AI-powered subject line optimization and content personalization. - Stay updated with AI marketing tools, SEO algorithm updates, social media trends, and content best practices. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. - 2-4 years of experience in organic marketing, content marketing, or social media marketing. - Proficiency with AI writing and content creation tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, Copy.ai, or similar platforms. - Strong writing and editing skills with experience in original and AI-assisted content creation. - Experience with SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz, and AI-powered SEO analysis tools. - Familiarity with social media management tools and AI-enhanced analytics platforms. - Knowledge of email marketing platforms with AI-powered personalization and marketing automation. - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and leverage AI insights tools. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of graphic design tools and AI design platforms (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Midjourney, DALL-E), understanding of prompt engineering and AI workflow optimization, experience with AI tools for market research, trend analysis, and competitive intelligence, familiarity with conversion rate optimization principles using AI testing tools, experience in community management and AI-powered customer engagement tools, and knowledge of marketing analytics tools and AI-driven predictive analytics (Google Analytics, social media insights).,
