Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage Order to Cash (O2C) processes, including cash application, collection management, dispute management, credit collection, dispute resolution, AR collections, and order fulfillment.
Oversee daily operations of the team responsible for managing orders from receipt to cash application.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer payments through effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex billing issues.

Desired Candidate Profile

9-13 years of experience in Order To Cash (O2C) domain with expertise in Cash Application, Collection Management, Dispute Management, Credit Collection, Dispute Resolution, Ar Collection & Order Fulfillment.
Strong managerial skills with ability to lead a team effectively.
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail to identify areas for improvement.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Flexibility to Night shift is mandatory for this role.
