Role Summary:

The Entity Controller will be responsible for accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance, and complete ownership of entity-level accounting processes. The role involves managing month-end close, reconciliations, audits, and oversight of AR/AP while ensuring accuracy, process automation, and compliance with global standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead

  month-end closing

  and

  group reporting

  in AARO, including journal entries and review of AR/AP, staff claims, fixed assets, and GL.
• Perform and own

  balance sheet reconciliations

  , ensuring completeness and reliability of data.
• Oversee

  AR write-offs

  , reconciliations between ledger and GL.
• Manage

  AP operations

  , payment approvals, and serve as point of contact for shared service teams.
• Handle

  bank transfers

  , funding, and intercompany movements.
• Conduct

  payroll reconciliations

  , validate headcounts, manage benefits data, and record bonus accruals.
• Review and monitor

  intercompany transactions

  and recharges.
• Act as the

  audit lead

  , ensuring proper documentation and reconciliation with the trial balance.

• Monitor and resolve automation issues

  in ERP and system integrations.
• Conduct

  proactive checks and controls

  to identify discrepancies early and maintain data integrity.
