The role involves greeting customers warmly, accurately taking food and beverage orders, communicating them efficiently to the kitchen, and serving items promptly while maintaining a clean and organized dining area. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced café environment. Prior experience in food service is a plus but not mandatory. A commitment to customer satisfaction and teamwork is essential.
