Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

This role exists solely to process and manage incoming sales orders and special orders, ensuring accuracy, speed, and proper communication with relevant teams.
Receive, review, and enter sales orders and special orders into the system promptly.
Verify order details for accuracy (quantities, pricing, delivery instructions).
Coordinate with the sales team to resolve any order discrepancies or missing information.
Communicate order confirmations and updates Production and Dispatch/logistics
Work closely with the logistics and production team to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
Maintain accurate order records and documentation.

Preferred candidate profile: -

Strong communication skill and customer centric.
Previous experience in order processing, customer service, or logistics preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Ability to work under time pressure with high volume.
Clear and professional communication skills.
Familiarity with order management systems (ERP/CRM), excel, outlook, word is an advantage.
