Job Description

Greet customers/guests and take food & beverage orders politely and accurately.
Record orders manually or in POS systems and confirm details with guests.
Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely delivery.
Provide menu information, recommendations, and upsell food & beverage items.
Handle special requests, dietary needs, or modifications appropriately.
Ensure cleanliness and readiness of order-taking areas (in-room dining desk, call center, or restaurant).
Handle guest complaints or queries promptly and escalate when required.
Maintain accurate records of orders, bills, and transactions.
