Receive and review customer purchase orders (POs) for accuracy and completeness.
Create and process sales orders in ERP (Tally / Swin / Marg or similar systems).
Coordinate with production and store teams for stock availability and order readiness.
Follow up with internal departments (production, logistics, accounts) for order status updates.
Prepare order confirmation, proforma invoices, and dispatch-related documents.
Track order progress and ensure timely dispatch and delivery to customers.
Communicate order status, delivery schedules, and any changes or delays to customers and sales teams.
Maintain accurate records of all processed orders, dispatch details, and related documentation.
Support sales coordination activities like quotation follow-up, stock reports, and MIS reporting.
Ensure all data entries and documentation are compliant with company processes and standards.
