Candidates who have worked into the ecommerce industry will have an added advantage: Key Responsibilities Customer Support / Communication Respond to customer queries via WhatsApp, Email, Chat, and/or Calls about order status, delays, COD confirmation, returns, refunds, etc. Provide accurate, courteous, and timely updates to customers regarding tracking, delivery, and any issues. Record and escalate serious or recurring issues. Order Tracking Monitor all shipped orders in transit; identify delayed / stuck / lost shipments. Coordinate with courier/logistics partners to get real-time information on delivery/return statuses. Update customers proactively if there are delays, partial shipments, or any logistics issues. RTO (Return to Origin) / Failed Deliveries Handling For COD orders: call and confirm order / address details to minimize delivery failures. Analyze reasons for returns or failed deliveries; work with courier / fulfilment to reduce recurring causes. Keep track of RTO metrics; suggest process improvements (e.g. better phone confirmations, address verifications). Coordination & Internal Processes Liaise with operations team (packing / dispatch / warehouse) to track readiness of orders. Maintain data/records of order tracking, returns, customer interactions, RTO reasons. Use internal dashboards / tools (e.g. Shopify, courier dashboards, CRM) to ensure visibility. Suggest improvements in process to reduce delays, improve customer satisfaction. Reporting Daily / weekly reporting on metrics like number of queries, order tracking exceptions, RTO rate, average delivery time, customer satisfaction. Use insights to propose changes (e.g. change courier partners, change packaging, improve address verification). Customer Feedback Collect customer feedback (post-delivery) to understand the experience. Work with marketing / operations to act on feedback (packaging, delivery issues, etc.). Working hours: 6 days/week depending on business; important to handle peak times (order dispatch and tracking).

You'll translate brand stories into tangible, tactile packaging experiences — where every unboxing feels joyful, festive, and premium. Key Responsibilities 🎨 Creative Concept Development Conceptualize gift box themes and packaging stories for festivals, seasons, and special occasions. Create visual mockups, moodboards, and dieline layouts for new packaging concepts. Work closely with marketing and product teams to align the design with campaign narratives. 📦 Packaging Design & Execution Design outer boxes, labels, sleeves, inserts, tags, and product wraps. Prepare print-ready artworks (CMYK) with accurate bleed, dielines, and material specs. Suggest innovative formats for gift boxes — magnetic boxes, eco boxes, reusable packs, hamper sleeves, etc. Collaborate with printers and vendors for sampling, proofing, and production follow-ups. 🌈 Brand & Aesthetic Alignment Maintain a consistent brand visual identity across all packaging formats. Incorporate color palettes, typography, and visual elements aligned with Goosebumps' cheerful, premium, and Indian-yet-modern brand vibe. Experiment with textures, foiling, embossing, UV, and finishes suitable for festive gifting. 🧠 Innovation & Research Study global and Indian gifting design trends, sustainable packaging options, and structural innovations. Create a library of seasonal packaging inspirations for Diwali, Rakhi, Holi, etc. Suggest packaging innovations that improve functionality, cost efficiency, and shelf appeal. Skills & Requirements Proficiency: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop. Understanding: of packaging materials — paperboard, corrugation, rigid boxes, foiling, embossing, UV, lamination, etc. Creative flair with strong attention to detail and finish. Experience with vendors/printers — understanding of print proofing and sampling processes. Strong communication and time management skills to meet launch deadlines. Bonus: Photography or 3D mockup rendering skills for presentations.
