Order Processing Executive – Job Description

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Order Processing Executive to manage the end-to-end order process from distributors and sellers. The ideal candidate should ensure smooth coordination between the sales and production teams and maintain accurate daily reports.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive Purchase Orders (POs) from distributors and sellers.
Verify the details in each PO and forward them to the production team for processing.
Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely order execution and dispatch.
Collect the daily dispatch report from the production team at the end of each day.
Prepare and share the consolidated dispatch report in the designated group daily.
Maintain accurate records of POs, dispatches, and reports for audit and tracking purposes.
Communicate effectively with internal teams to resolve order or dispatch-related issues.
Ensure adherence to company processes and timelines for all order-related activities.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in order processing, sales coordination, or backend operations.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting tools.
Ability to work efficiently under tight timelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
