Job Description

Position - Support establishment of Order Processing together with AP Order Processing team. - Use Salesforce Service Cloud for inquiry management in India Sub Region in Asia Pacific. Responsibilities 1. Order Entry:   - Implement global order booking rules.   - Check consistency against contracts.   - Check order confirmation prerequisites.   - Create orders and send order confirmations.   - Upload delivery information to customer portals. 2. Order Change Management:   - Handle customer requests in Salesforce Service Cloud.   - Record inquiries in tickets.   - Align demand and capacity with end-customer.   - Handle order changes and EDI error processing. 3. Logistics and Invoicing:   - Request shipment documents and handle delivery exceptions.   - Coordinate delivery with Transport Management. Requirements - Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Business Administration or relevant field. - Proven experience in customer service or MRP in an international organization with leadership experience. - Knowledge of SAP R/3 SD Module, SAP APO, Salesforce Service Cloud advantageous. - Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. - Good understanding of management practices and techniques. - Ability to maintain calm under pressure and manage conflicts.
