Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Order Manager located in Gwalior. The Order Manager will be responsible for overseeing order management and processing, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders. Tasks include liaising with customers, managing inventory, coordinating with production teams, and analyzing order data to optimize operations. The role also involves maintaining communication with stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and resolving any order-related issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Order Management and Order Processing
• Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret and manage order data
• Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Experience in inventory management is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
