Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or
related field
• Experience: 5-7 years in order management or customer operations within
MNC environment. Must have min 3 years as manager of the department.
• MNC Background: Must have worked in Indian subsidiaries of multinational
companies
• Governance Standards: Must have worked in Sarbanes-Oxley compliant
businesses or have Six Sigma certification - demonstrating understanding of
the high standards expected in this role
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems, CRM software, and MS Office
Suite
• Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, customer service orientation, and
problem-solving abilities
• Communication: Excellent English communication skills for global
stakeholder interaction
• Global Operations: Ability to work across European time zones
