Order Management - Fulfilment Specialist

As a successful candidate within the Supply Chain Organization, you will possess the following characteristics: - Ability to grasp complex sales transactions and implement them in the SAP ERP system to satisfy customer, reporting, and business requirements. - Capacity to develop and retain knowledge of manufacturer requirements in order processing for timely and successful transactions. - Exhibit understanding of policies and processes while exercising judgment and flexibility for reasonable advancement of business activities. - Create and maintain detailed documentation of all transactions. - Communicate key customer purchase terms and conditions. - Reconcile sales order submissions and generate valid system orders. - Maintain database integrity in all transactions. - Possess a passion for numbers and financial data, extensive product knowledge, and systems knowledge to meet all reporting requirements. - Strong SAP Sales Distribution domain knowledge in Order management. - Good functional skill set in Sales and procurement from a Product-based organization is a plus. - Experience in creation/amendment of sales orders, reiteration of order components, and exception management of orders upon customer requests. - Proficiency in SAP and working with spreadsheets. - Coordinating with internal customers on a timely basis and meeting their additional requirements. - Internal coordination with Purchases Department & Warehouse teams for smooth execution of orders. - Responsible for accurate intake, approval, and processing of RMA orders. - Assist in process improvement activities related to this position, including ideas for SLA implementation and fixing TAT for each task accordingly. - Act as a backup for other positions as needed and assigned by management.,
