Order Fulfillment & Dispatch Executive

We are looking for a reliable and organized Order Fulfillment & Dispatch Executive to manage our stock, ensure timely dispatch of customer orders, and handle returns efficiently. The role requires strong attention to detail, good coordination skills, and the ability to manage inventory smoothly to support our growing e-commerce operations. Key Responsibilities: Process and prepare customer orders for dispatch in a timely and accurate manner. Coordinate with courier partners and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery operations. Manage inventory levels, stock movements, and warehouse records. Regularly update stock reports and reconcile physical vs. system inventory. Handle return orders, replacements, and damaged goods, ensuring proper documentation. Maintain proper storage and organization of products in the warehouse. Ensure packaging standards and timely dispatch of all orders. Support audits, stock counts, and process improvements in inventory management. Requirements: Prior experience in order fulfillment, warehouse, or dispatch operations preferred. Knowledge of e-commerce order processing systems is a plus.
