Role Overview: The Baking Assistant will support the head baker in daily kitchen operations, production, and maintaining quality standards. This role is ideal for someone with at least 3 months of prior baking or pastry industry experience, eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist in preparing batters, doughs, fillings, and toppings. Support the baking process for cookies, brownies, cakes, and other products. Measure, weigh, and mix ingredients accurately as per recipes. Maintain kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and organization. Assist with packaging, labeling, and storage of baked goods. Ensure consistency and quality control of products. Follow safety and sanitation standards at all times. Work collaboratively with the head baker on new trials and product development. Requirements: Minimum 3 months experience in a professional bakery/patisserie/kitchen. Basic knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions. Passion for baking and willingness to learn. Flexibility to work during peak hours (weekends, festive seasons). Preferred Qualities: Creativity and attention to detail. Team player with a positive attitude.
