Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Baker based in Mumbai. The Baker will be responsible for daily baking tasks such as preparing and baking a variety of items, including cookies, bread, and cakes , while ensuring the highest quality standards. Responsibilities include managing food preparation processes, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and experimenting with new recipes to expand the product offerings. Attention to detail, consistency, and creativity are key for this role.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Bakery skills, including expertise in baking and a solid understanding of food preparation processes.
Experience in creating and refining recipes for items such as Cookies and Bread.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, on-site kitchen environment.
Strong attention to detail and consistency in maintaining quality standards.
Creative and adaptable approach to developing new products or accommodating dietary preferences like vegan and gluten-free.
Prior experience in a professional bakery or culinary setting is highly desirable.
Culinary certification or relevant training in baking or pastry arts is a plus.
Candidate must be residing in western suburbs of Mumbai and willing to work till late shift .
