Job Description

Wolfspeed seeks a Workday Analyst to enhance our HR Technology ecosystem as the primary subject matter expert for US Benefits & US Payroll. You ll also support other modules as the secondary SME including Core HCM, Advanced Compensation, Learning, Recruiting, Talent & Performance, Security and Reporting.

The Day-to-Day:

Partner with HR COEs to gather, refine, and translate business requirements into Workday solutions

Design, configure, test, and implement Workday system functionality end-to-end

Gather requirements and recommend process optimizations to eliminate manual work

Troubleshoot and resolve support tickets affecting data quality and system integrity

Execute biannual Workday feature releases and service updates

Document processes and test all changes before production deployment

Follow Workday audit parameters and respond to audit requests from IT and Audit teams to ensure system compliance and data integrity

Evaluate enhancement requests and manage project roadmaps

Manage multiple priorities in fast paced environments

This Job is Right for You if You Have (Minimum Requirements):

3+ years configuration and hands-on Workday experience with Absence, Benefits, and US Payroll.

Proficiency in multiple HCM modules with Security experience as a plus.

This role may require additional duties and/or assignments as designated by management.
