As an experienced Oracle WMS specialist with 8 to 10 years of overall experience, including 6+ years in Consulting, Solutioning, Support & Implementation in Cloud WMS, you will play a crucial role in providing post-production support to a California based customer. Your expertise in Cloud WMS and Oracle E-Business SCM and O2C will be instrumental in troubleshooting and remedying system issues for the customer. Key Responsibilities: - Interact with the customer to understand their system issues and provide necessary support to stabilize the WMS system - Collaborate with OIC resources to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues between ERP system (Oracle E-Biz SCM) and Oracle SaaS WMS - Independently deliver high-quality work products to meet engagement requirements - Implement Oracle products and technology to address customer needs through varied and complex duties that require independent judgment - Consult effectively with customers and internal teams to communicate issues and work towards solutions - Collaborate efficiently with Oracle Support to ensure seamless operations Qualifications Required: - In-depth understanding of Inbound Process including inbound shipments, load checking, appointments, receiving options, and putaway rules - Proficiency in Outbound Process encompassing outbound orders, wave picking, packing, pack with wave, outbound operations, LTL load management, and Cross Docking - Knowledge of integration between E-Business Order Management, Order Shipping, Inventory Management, Procurement, and Oracle Fusion WMS - Familiarity with Facility and item master configurations Please note that the above details are based on the provided job description.,
