Oracle Utilities MDM (Analyst/Lead)

We are seeking an experienced Application Developer with deep expertise in Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management (MDM). The role involves designing, building, and configuring applications to support business processes, while ensuring high performance, scalability, and compliance with industry standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, lead decision-making, and contribute as a subject matter expert (SME).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and configure applications aligned with business requirements.
• Act as an SME and provide technical leadership within the team.
• Collaborate across teams, contributing to key technical and business decisions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring optimal performance.

Must Have Qualifications

• 3-10 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management (MDM).
• Proficiency in application development methodologies.
• Strong expertise in database management and data integration.
• Understanding of software testing and QA processes.
• Bachelors degree (15 years of full-time education).

Nice to Have

• Experience in utilities/energy sector implementations.
• Exposure to cloud-based Oracle utilities solutions.
• Knowledge of enterprise integration platforms (e.g., SOA, OSB).
