Role Overview

Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) Functional Lead

accurate time capture, seamless payroll processing, and compliance with global labor regulations

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead

    end-to-end implementation

    of

    Oracle Fusion Time and Labor (OTL)

    across multiple entities and countries.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements; create process flows and functional design documents.
  • Configure core OTL components including:
    • Time entry rules
    • Approval workflows
    • Work schedules and shifts
    • Accrual and absence integration
  • Ensure seamless

    integration with Payroll, Core HR, Absence Management, and Finance

    modules.
  • Validate time calculation rules and support accurate payroll processing.
  • Manage

    UAT cycles

    , data validation, and production readiness activities.
  • Provide functional guidance to implementation teams and act as the

    primary OTL subject matter expert (SME)

    .
  • Support post-go-live stabilization, enhancements, and change requests.
  • Ensure compliance with

    global and local time & labor regulations

    .
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across HR, Payroll, IT, and business leadership.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 6–9 years

    of overall experience with

    5+ years in Oracle HCM Cloud

    .
  • Hands-on expertise in

    Oracle Fusion Time and Labor (OTL)

    configuration and implementation.
  • Proven experience with

    at least 3 end-to-end OTL implementations

    .
  • Strong understanding of

    global time & labor compliance

    requirements.
  • Experience working in

    large, complex enterprise environments

    .
  • Strong functional knowledge of HCM integrations with Payroll and Absence modules.
