Experience with Oracle Fusion Time and Labor.
Familiarity with global time and labour compliance requirements.
Experience in large, complex enterprise environments.
Demonstrated experience with 3 end-to-end OTL implementations
Lead the full lifecycle implementation of Oracle Cloud Time and Labor modules across multiple business units/Legal Entities/ Countries. Gather and analyse business requirements, document process flows, and translate these into OTL solutions. Configure OTL components such as time entry rules, approval workflows, schedules, and accrual plans.
Partner with cross-functional teams (HR, Payroll, IT, and Finance) to ensure accurate time capture, integration, and payroll processing.
