Job Description

As an experienced candidate with a minimum of 5 years in HCM Cloud, your role will involve leading the full lifecycle implementation of Oracle Cloud Time and Labor modules across multiple business units, Legal Entities, and Countries. Your responsibilities will include gathering and analyzing business requirements, documenting process flows, and translating them into OTL solutions. You will also be configuring OTL components such as time entry rules, approval workflows, schedules, and accrual plans. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the implementation of Oracle Cloud Time and Labor modules. - Gather and analyze business requirements to create OTL solutions. - Configure OTL components like time entry rules, approval workflows, schedules, and accrual plans. Qualifications Required: - Demonstrated experience with 3 end-to-end OTL implementations. Additionally, you should possess the following skills and experience: - Oracle Cloud HCM certification. - Experience with Oracle Fusion Time and Labor. - Familiarity with global time and labor compliance requirements. - Experience working in large, complex enterprise environments. Please note that the role requires immediate to 15 days notice period and is based in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, or Noida.,
