As a Network Engineer Level 3 (L3) at our Network Operations department in Kochi, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support in ISP, SME, and Enterprise environments. Your role will include handling high-level network troubleshooting, client management, and leading a team within ISP-grade data centers. Your key responsibilities will involve managing and resolving escalated L3/L2 network issues, designing, configuring, and maintaining routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs, leading client engagements for L3 support across various networks, overseeing operations and infrastructure within data centers, guiding and supporting L2 engineers, and monitoring network performance to drive infrastructure improvements. To qualify for this position, you should have at least 3+ years of experience in networking with a minimum of 2 years at the L3 level. Strong knowledge of BGP, OSPF, VLANs, and related protocols is required. Experience with Cisco, Juniper, or MikroTik is preferred, with CCNP/CCIE certifications being an advantage. A background in ISP or managed network services and a proven ability to manage teams and high-value clients are also necessary.
