Oracle Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Oracle technologies and be able to manage, develop, and optimize Oracle systems to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain Oracle databases/applications.

Develop and optimize PL/SQL queries, procedures, and functions.

Monitor database performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions.

Perform backup, recovery, and security management.

Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and deliver Oracle-based solutions.

Provide production support and resolve database/application issues.

Ensure compliance with best practices and organizational policies.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

2+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle (DBA / Developer / E-Business Suite / Fusion – specify as per your requirement).

Strong expertise in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms & Reports, and Performance Tuning.

Experience with database backup/recovery and disaster recovery planning.

Familiarity with Oracle Cloud or ERP modules (added advantage).

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
