Oracle Specialist

Role Overview: As a Senior Oracle Financials Functional expert in both Cloud and EBS on-premise, you will be responsible for analyzing, improving, and implementing various current customer implementations. Additionally, you will lead a team of Oracle ERP experts and collaborate with business users to re-engineer and review current processes while providing new recommendations. Your expertise should encompass Oracle Cloud ERP and EBS Modules, specifically focusing on General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivables (AR), Cash Management, and Fixed Assets. You will work on projects across India on a full-time basis. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team of Oracle ERP experts and collaborate with business users to re-engineer and review current processes - Analyze, improve, and implement various current customer implementations - Focus on Oracle Cloud ERP and EBS Modules, particularly General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivables (AR), Cash Management, and Fixed Assets - Perform Pre-Upgrade Assessments, envision future post-upgrade scenarios, make changes to the Chart of Accounts, and identify potential risks associated with upgrades versus reimplementation - Review, prioritize, and propose solutions for client financial system gaps - Advise on best practices in financials usage and document customer financial requirements - Gather customization/interface needs and provide inputs to the Team Leader or Project Manager - Develop project deliverables such as RD, BP, BR, and MD AIM documents - Create financial training materials, conduct workshops and presentations, and lead Conference Room Pilot and User Acceptance Test sessions Qualifications Required: - Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP and EBS Modules - Experience in General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivables (AR), Cash Management, and Fixed Assets - Ability to perform Pre-Upgrade Assessments and envision post-upgrade scenarios - Excellent communication skills to collaborate with business users and lead a team of ERP experts - Knowledge of best practices in financials usage and documentation of financial requirements,
