Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Oracle SCM Functional Consultant, based in Chennai with some acceptable work-from-home options. The Oracle SCM Functional Consultant will be responsible for understanding and mapping business processes, providing consulting services, and supporting the implementation of Oracle SCM solutions. Daily tasks include facilitating requirements gathering sessions, configuring Oracle SCM applications, and providing end-user training and support. The role demands close cooperation with clients and internal teams to ensure streamlined supply chain management processes.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and understanding of Business Processes
• Excellent Communication and Consulting abilities
• Knowledge of Finance principles
• Experience with Oracle SCM applications
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the manufacturing or agriculture industry is a plus
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
