Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Legal Manager with 7-10 years of experience to manage end-to-end contract processes and ensure legal compliance.The ideal candidate will be hands-on from day one, with expertise in handling various agreements and using contract management tools.

Key Responsibilities

Independently manage the full contract lifecycle: understanding business needs, securing approvals, negotiating, and executing contracts.
Draft, review, and close NDAs, vendor agreements, and other commercial contracts.
Ensure legal and regulatory compliance in all documentation.
Support internal teams with timely legal advice and risk mitigation strategies.
Maintain and track contracts using a contract management system.

Requirements

Law degree from a recognized university.
7-10 years of experience in contract management and compliance.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Experience with contract management tools preferred.
