Oracle SBC Engineer

Job Description You will be joining TechFastConsult as an Oracle SBC Engineer for a full-time hybrid role based in Mumbai, with some flexibility for remote work. Your primary responsibilities will include designing, implementing, and managing Oracle Session Border Controllers for clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure systems meet functional and non-functional requirements, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and maintain up-to-date documentation. Key Responsibilities - Installation and configuration of Oracle SBCs, including SIP trunks, access profiles, media profiles, and more. - Deep SIP expertise for call routing, troubleshooting, and protocol-level analysis. - Proficiency in SIP signalling, SDP, NAT traversal, and tools like Wireshark, PCAP analysis, RTP Engine, and PJSIP. - Experience in TLS/SRTP configuration and integration with various contact centre platforms such as Genesys Cloud and Genesys Engage is essential. - Interaction with service providers to establish SIP trunks. - Diagnose and resolve complex voice issues across SIP, RTP, and cloud infrastructure.
