About the Role

Oracle PL/SQL Developer

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and optimize
PL/SQL procedures, packages, functions, triggers
, and
views
.
Write efficient
SQL queries
to handle complex business logic and large datasets.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and tune queries for
performance optimization
.
Collaborate with application teams to integrate backend logic with front-end systems.
Work with
data models
, design
database schemas
, and implement
data migration scripts
.
Ensure
data accuracy, consistency, and security
across applications.
Participate in
code reviews
, documentation, and version control management (Git/SVN).
Assist in
production support
— debugging, issue resolution, and root cause analysis.
Follow
Agile/Scrum
methodologies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of
Oracle Database (11g/12c/19c)
.
Expert in
PL/SQL programming
, stored procedures, triggers, and performance tuning.
Proficient in
SQL query optimization
and
execution plan analysis

Experience with
data modeling
and
database design concepts
(ER diagrams, normalization).
Familiar with
Unix/Linux scripting
for automation and deployment.
Experience using
version control systems
(Git, SVN).
Good understanding of
ETL processes

data migration
techniques.

Experience with
cloud databases
