Oracle OTM Implementation Analyst

As the Oracle OTM Implementation Specialist based in Madrid, Spain at Nextracker, you will be responsible for managing and executing Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) solutions according to business requirements. This involves configuring various OTM modules such as Order Management, Shipment Planning, Freight Settlement, and Fleet Management. You will also design and implement integrations with other enterprise systems like ERP, WMS, and external TMS. Collaboration with business stakeholders is crucial in understanding requirements and translating them into functional OTM solutions. Additionally, providing technical support, troubleshooting, and system enhancements for OTM applications will be part of your role. Developing and executing test plans to ensure system functionality and performance is also essential. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and execute Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) solutions according to business requirements - Configure various OTM modules such as Order Management, Shipment Planning, Freight Settlement, and Fleet Management - Design and implement integrations with other enterprise systems like ERP, WMS, and external TMS - Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into functional OTM solutions - Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and system enhancements for OTM applications - Develop and execute test plans to ensure system functionality and performance Qualifications Required: - At least 5 years of experience in OTM implementation and configuration - Strong understanding of OTM architecture, workflows, and business process configurations - Proficiency in SQL, XML, Web Services, and Oracle integration tools - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities - Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management would be advantageous - English level of B2/C1 is expected In addition to technical skills, the ideal candidate should possess the following soft skills: - Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines - Willingness to learn new processes within the company - Strong desire for teamwork and collaboration - Attention to detail and a basic understanding of aesthetics - Capability to solve logic-based problems independently and accurately - Passion and focus on delivering solutions to internal and external customers At Nextracker, sustainability is at the core of our business, values, and operations.
